Upcoming Events

Good Moring, wanted to talk about upcoming public events. Fun Photo Shoppe is going to be at a Zumba-thon this coming weekend (July 28^th), this will help Relay For Life and proceeds will go to this wonderful cause!! Great event for those who like to shake it!!! We will also be at the Special Events Fair with HD Wedding and Events!!! This event will be Saturday August 4^th 10:00 to 5:00. If you pre-register its free!! Defiantly want to check it out for your event!!! We hope to see you there!!!

Its your Special Day!!

Have you been to a wedding that had a photo booth??? What happens during the special events through out the night. Imagine it….. the cake cutting is taking place and in the corner there is a line full of people waiting in line for the photo booth. Well then who is watching the happy couple??? It happens this way when you have entertainment like this. Guests so busy with having fun and the photo booth just plugging along because they are there for a certain amount of time!! Well not at Fun Photo Shoppe, we think its your event and the photo booth is an extra not the main event. So what we do is shut down for the special part of the event regardless of what type of event we are at (up to a half hr.). So that your guests who have come to see you can do just that, and it does not go against your time!! So when considering a photo booth rental ask them that, make sure they are there for you!!! We want our customers to know that we are not just there to be paid. We care about your event and we will go the extra mile for you!!!

We call it the Party Booth. The party booth is a smaller and more affordable way to have a photo booth at your smaller events. Ive been asked recently "do you do smaller birthday parties, we have our daughters party and we don't want to spend a lot"?? We understand that. Even though we have very reasonable rates and great specials going on, still sometimes it gets expensive. Relay for Life Hesperia Event

We attended Relay for Life Hesperia this weekend and wanted to thank them for including us in the wonderful event, we had a lot of fun!!!  We wanted to share a picture here on the blog!!

Why Use A Photo Booth??

Have you ever been to an event with a photo booth? For those who have, know that this tends to be a very fun experience. There are many advantages to renting a photo booth.

For one thing, it provides entertainment for your guests. Most people love the idea of going to the prop holder, picking that perfect prop and smiling away for the camera. Do you like strike a pose, make a funny face or just smile away??? This can provide guests with a memorable experience that they will never forget.

Another advantage, big events such as weddings can be very overwhelming for everyone, this type of entertainment helps to loosen up everyone at the event. With a photo booth you can have a funniest picture contest, play photo booth games or just discussing the picture afterwards (for party games feel free to email us and we will gladly email you with ideas and details).

Also, the pictures that the guests take are the perfect party favor. You know that they will love to take the photo home and put it on the fridge, display in a frame or even put in a scrapbook.

The most important reason though is photo booths create life long memories capturing photos with friends and family. Some friends and family that you may not see all the time, photo booths provide picture fun with the special people in your life. Plus when you have doubles of all the pictures either by themselves or in a scrapbook it’s a keepsake of that event that will be treasured forever!!

Let's Talk Props

I love a photobooth, what I find particularly fun is going up to the prop display with my favorite people and picking out the perfect prop. That prop is almost always a  hat and some glasses (sometimes even a boa). I have to tell you I am one who to be perfectly honest, is concerned about germs. When you have props that are going to be worn by multiple people its very important to consider those who will be wearing them. You want to be confident that when you are about to put them on, you can be sure that they are as clean as possible. There is nothing more important to us then to bring you quality when you rent our photo booth. This includes our props, we want to make sure you don't have a second thought about using them.

What do we do to make sure this happens?  After every party we make sure that every prop is wiped down with alcohol and then sprayed with Lysol. We also take a spray bottle with alcohol so that if a customer wants to spray down a prop before they use it, they have that ability. The alcohol helps to kill germs and even with things such as lice. Which as we all now is a scary thought and the Lysol helps with killing most germs.

We want your opinion, is there something else we can be doing to keep you safe and feeling comfortable using our props??? Maybe something we haven't thought about?? What are your worries about wearing props?? Does this process help you feel comfortable???

We are very excited, we are starting something new on our facebook page called Picture of the week!! On Monday we will be posting our first picture, it will be from events that Fun Photo Shoppe has done. The fun photo people in the pic (as long as they have liked the page) will receive a wallet size key chain of their photo, so they can carry them around and show off their adorable photos!!
